Everything! From the minute we got there we were greeted with friendly staff who were all willing to go above and beyond for every single guest in the hotel. Room was exceptional! Super clean and a great size :) Pancini restaurant was AMAZING!!! The breakfast options that came with the room…DELICIOUS! I loved that it wasn’t a buffet and the bread bar was a hit with the whole group. Staff here - All fabulous, we did have 1 dinner here and received incredible service from every single person, every time…our drinks were always full, we were never left without everything we needed and the smiles made our stay happy & enjoyable. Underground parking - brilliant Kids eat free - totally a catch as it made the restaurant #1 on my gotta try while we’re here list. Refillable shampoos, lotions etc - SOOOOO smart!! Love it, no more samples for everyone to take home…but such a great cost effective idea! Hmmm Oh I almost forgot! Discount on zoo tickets…such a great idea! Most people are coming to do that anyway (imo) and it saved me time/money.

The breakfast was outstanding and the service was terrific as well. The room setup was a bit odd because the AC unit roared away right beside the bed, this needs adjusting. Some cold, filtered water dispenser available to guests in the lobby would be welcomed. Outside ashtrays, although not a cigarette smoker need to be larger as what available was overflowing and butts scattered all around the sitting areas. Russell had a terrific time as well, meeting every Staff member and was your official Lobby greeter whenever he was available and while out and about for his daily runs. Again today your Staff also found, reported it to the Front desk they, Hainah in turn called us immediately that the ring Janis had lost was found !!! We returned to retrieve it, Thank you !!!!

Beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent. Rooms were large and very clean. Beds were so comfortable. If you booked a rate that included breakfast it allowed to choose from about a dozen items off of the restaurant menu. You could have bacon and eggs and a meat of your choice, crepes, frittata, eggs benedict or something lighter. It included coffee and juice. There is a complementary underground parkade

They paired up with the restaurant in their lobby for breakfast, which means no regular continental breakfast, but FANTASTIC breakfast. The bedrooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the pool was awesome with the coolest waterslide. This has definitively become THE hotel for our future Calgary visits. Plus, it's close to IKEA and Walmart, and Costco and so many options for food.

We had a king room with separate space for sofa & pantry. It’s very clean and spacious. The bathroom very modern & comfortable. The pool is also clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
